Once received, we will connect with you to discuss insurance and to schedule the initial visit.

Wellness services do not require a doctor’s order and are not reimbursable by insurance.

Find customized outside-the-box support:

For Speech Therapy, we are Medicare Part B providers. Medicare covers 80% of our outpatient therapy services, even in your home!
Supplemental insurance plans pick up the remaining 20% expect for any deductible amounts, based on your plan.
For all other insurances, we are private pay. Please inquire about your specific plan to determine any reimbursable out-of-network benefits.
Wellness services are not covered by insurance.
We offer in-home speech therapy and wellness services within 15 miles of downtown Kalamazoo.
Please contact us regarding possible travel fees for travel outside of this radius.
Otherwise, for those outside of Kalamazoo, Michigan, you can join a video call from the comfort of your own home.
We offer virtual speech therapy in Michigan, Kansas, North Carolina and Florida.
We offer appointments and wellness session via the secure platforms Google Meet and Zoom.
Virtual visits require access to your email account and a strong, reliable internet.
Speech therapy in-person and telehealth sessions can be very similar in format and effectiveness while avoiding needing to secure a ride.
